Très Jolis Kitties 2012 Contest
On Sunday, March 25 was held a special photo session to benefit the Refuge pour chats de Verdun. Professional photographer Andrea Cook (Éléphant mauve) was present to photograph you with your favourite pet, or to do a portrait of your pet alone.
The winners of the Très Jolis Kitties 2012 contest are ...
- First Prize - no. 11. Luna (103 votes) a full Éléphant mauve photo session valued at $350 will be offered to Nadia Bloduc. - Second Prize - no. 3. Sunnyface et Speedy (63 votes) a $75 Éléphant mauve gift certificate will be awarded to Francine Legaré.

Refuge pour chats de Verdun's mission is to rescue abandoned cats and encourage people to sterilize their cats.
Since 1999, volunteers of the Refuge and its host families have received more than 2000 cats abandoned. Thanks to the Refuge, these cats got a second chance. They have received the care needed to recover health, they have been vaccinated and sterilized and they also found what they had lost: a good home.
Unfortunately, the fate of several other homeless cats is uncertain.
